What is your return policy?

When are you getting more of _____ in stock?

We do our best to restock items that sell out. Unfortunately, we are not always able to restock due to manufacturer availability.

 

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders between 1-3 days and custom orders can range 5-7 days, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order as well as a confirmation email after your order is shipped.

 

When will you post new arrivals?

We post new arrivals every Friday! You can follow our Instagram here and our Twitter here to be notified when new items are available or you can sign up for our newsletter located at the bottom of our website.

 

How does sizing run?

Sizing is standard US sizing. Each listing has the sizing information for that item.

 

Why do some international customers have to pay to receive their packages?

All countries worldwide require different customs regulations and fees. Unfortunately, we do not determine the customs and duties fees and/or shipping rates to international locations.  The customer will need to assume all fees associated with international shipping procedures.

 

Where do I go to complete my return?

For Domestic US return procedures, refer to our returns policy and proceed with your return process.  For all International returns, please contact our customer service at hello@buffyandcoco.com for assistance in returning your merchandise.

 

Are return shipping labels free?

I am sorry but at this time, we do not offer free returns. Returns costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our returns policy. All International order return label fees will be the responsibility of the customer and not provided by Buffy + Coco.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Can I exchange my item for a new size?

Yes! However, due to high demand and popularity, we cannot guarantee the item you’d like to exchange for will be in stock. Items are only exchanged for same item in a different size. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

 

When will I receive my exchange?

Your new item will be processed and shipped by our team when the unwanted item has been received and inspected.

 

Can I return my item for a refund?

Items returned will receive store credit minus shipping fees. Credit will be in the form of an e-gift card that will be emailed to you after your return item has been processed.  Please allow 5-7 days for processing.  

 

Can I return custom items?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom, sale items or accessories.

 

Why is my item “not available for return?”

All marked down sale items, accessories, jewelry, final sale, hats, custom items and items marked "final sale" are not accepted for return.  All orders purchased exceeding the 14 day exchange period are not eligible for return.
