U.S. Return Policy

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!

All items must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unaltered. Items must be free of orders, pet hair, makeup stains, deodorant stains or similar stains. Tags must still be attached. Merchandise meeting this criteria and with tags still on can be returned within 14 days of you receiving them for a Buffy + Coco E-Gift Card. See excluded and final sale items below.

Buffy + Coco offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 14 days of you receiving your item. 

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Personalized
  • Custom
  • Jewelry
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Mystery Bags 
  • Items Marked Final Sale

Returns or exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. Shipping Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. COD Packages will be refused. Any unauthorized returns will be returned at sender's expense. We must receive your return within 10 days of your return request.

  • PLEASE NOTE: You may return 3 items per month. After reaching the limit, we will process your return with a 20% restocking fee for each item over the 3 item maximum. 

 

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 2 days of you receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a store credit or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • If you have worn and washed an item, we do not consider this a damage and will not give you any type of credit toward it. Please be conscious of the washing and care instructions located on the tags. 
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

 

Ship Your Return

  • Start your return process by logging into your account.
  • The cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your store credit, Buffy + Coco E-Gift Card, if you use the return label provided by Buffy + Coco.
  • Example: if your total was $40.00 and we send you a shipping label (based on location and weight) that costs $8.00 then your store credit will be $32.00.
  • In order to ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, please make sure your packing slip is in your return. 
  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 to 4 days for your return to be processed. You will receive and email with your Buffy + Coco E-Gift Card.

International Return Policy

All International Returns customers have a 30 day return period. You will need to contact our customer service at hello@buffyandcoco.com for assistance in the return process.  Returns will be at the expense of the customer.
