Returns

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.

  • Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, returned items must be postmarked within 10 days.

To qualify, items must be:

  • new / unworn / unwashed
  • free of odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)
  • free of pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or stains
  • unaltered and undamaged
  • with all original tags attached

Once approved, returns are issued as a Buffy + Coco E-Gift Card.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer size exchanges for the same item (when available) if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the size you need is not available, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • personalized / custom items
  • jewelry
  • hair accessories
  • mystery bags
  • items marked Final Sale

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • COD packages will be refused.
  • Returns sent without authorization may be returned to sender.

Timing: After your return is approved, your package must be postmarked within 10 days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect items before shipping, but if something arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 2 days of delivery at hello@buffyandcoco.com with:

  • your order number
  • a clear photo of the issue (and the tag/label if possible)

If approved, we’ll make it right with a replacement (if available) or store credit.

Please note:

  • Damage from wear, washing, improper care, or incorrect sizing is not considered a defect.
  • Color or pattern variation due to lighting, screens, and dye lots is normal and not considered a defect.

Excessive Returns

We love taking care of our customers. To keep things fair for everyone, we reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges if we notice unusual or excessive return activity.

International Returns

International orders may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact hello@buffyandcoco.com to begin the return process.
