Shipping rates are determined by USPS and may vary depending upon your location and the weight of your product. We fulfill orders Monday - Friday during business hours. Purchases are processed and shipped out between 1-3 days.  

Please note: during busy periods, a new collection launch or a sale, there may be some delays

Missing Packages

If you have not received your package and the tracking is reporting it as delivered, please reach out to your local USPS office or USPS.com for additional information. Buffy + Coco is not responsible for your package once it leaves our hands..

International Shipping

All international orders are subject to the country of destination fees, which includes customs and duties. Buffy + Coco does not have control over additional fees imposed by shipment. By placing your order, you are acknowledging ownership of fees associated with delivery. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

• We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or USPS.com. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
