Missing Packages
If you have not received your package and the tracking is reporting it as delivered, please reach out to your local USPS office or USPS.com for additional information. Buffy + Coco is not responsible for your package once it leaves our hands..
International Shipping
All international orders are subject to the country of destination fees, which includes customs and duties. Buffy + Coco does not have control over additional fees imposed by shipment.
